New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis is expected to miss the next two weeks with a strained hamstring.
An MRI revealed the injury, which forced Revis out of last week’s game against the New England Patriots.
Revis has refused to rule himself out for next week’s game against Miami but admits that his hamstring is bothering him.

The New York Jets bounced back in a big way with a 28-14 come-from-behind win over the New England Patriots.
It was a tense day for the Jets and their fans, who could only imagine the hoopla over an 0-2 start to the season.
The Jets trailed for the entire first half before their defense started to slow down New England’s passing attack.

The New York Jets have cut veteran wide receiver Laverneus Coles, but he could end up back with the team.
Coles had a solid 2009 season with the Cincinnati Bengals, doing enough for the Jets to sign him to a contract.
The Jets brought him in before they were able to make a trade for Pittsburgh Steelers wideout Santonio Holmes.
This could be simply a salary move, as his contract would be guaranteed if he played during Week 1. ( Read More…)
